A refrigerated worktable gives you a stainless steel countertop for food prep with refrigerated storage right underneath. No walking. No bending. Everything is within arm’s reach.

Reach-in cabinets store ingredients vertically on adjustable shelves. They are the right choice when you need high volume but floor space is tight.

On 4-door and 6-door models, the upper and lower compartments have separate compressors and temperature controls. You can run one side as a chiller and the other as a freezer independently.
The evaporator is built into the cabinet walls. Cooling happens through natural convection. Lower upfront cost. Lower energy consumption. Keeps humidity higher, so produce stays fresh longer. The trade-off: frost can build up over time and periodic defrosting is needed. Uses R600a (chiller) or R290a (freezer) refrigerant. Best for budget-conscious kitchens with moderate traffic.
A fan circulates cold air throughout the cabinet. An automatic defrost cycle prevents ice buildup. Temperature is more uniform, and recovery is faster after the door is opened. Slightly higher cost and energy use. Uses R290 refrigerant. The engineering-grade (A-series) models use Meizhi compressors and come with a 3-year comprehensive warranty plus 5 years on the compressor.

You need 900–1,500 L of cold storage in a compact footprint. You already have separate prep tables. You run a central kitchen or commissary. Multiple staff need to grab ingredients at the same time.
