2. Direct-Discharge Models (50–300 kg/day)

Three models. Grind food waste into fine slurry and discharge directly to the drain. The simplest solution — connect water and power, turn on, and feed in waste. Best for kitchens with adequate drainage capacity.

One model — the most versatile unit in the range. Designed for kitchens that produce mixed waste with high oil and water content: Szechuan and Hunan restaurants, noodle shops, hotpot operations. The 4169M separates waste into three streams: solids for collection, oil for recycling, and water for safe discharge.

7. FAQ

Q: What is the difference between direct-discharge and volume reduction?

Direct-discharge grinds waste into slurry and flushes it to the drain. Volume reduction additionally dewaters the ground waste — the dry residue occupies 70–80% less volume, dramatically reducing collection costs. Choose direct-discharge for simplicity; choose volume reduction when waste haulage is expensive.

Q: Can the composting machine handle all food waste?

Composting machines work best with waste that has been drained of excess liquid. They are not designed for unsegregated mixed waste with high oil content. For kitchens with oily waste, pair a GS-4169M separator upstream of the composter.

Q: What maintenance is required?

All 8066 series models require routine cleaning of the grinding chamber and inspection of blades. The 4169M separator's oil collection tray should be emptied regularly. Composting machines require periodic removal of finished compost. All models: 1-year warranty.

Q: Can these units be exported?
