Buyers often ask why commercial induction cookers cost so much. One answer is the cooling fan—sometimes about a quarter of the cost. What does it do? CHINENG explains.

Role of the cooling fan
Commercial induction cookers are high-power heaters. Long running creates heavy heat that must be removed. The fan lowers internal temperature, reduces component stress, and extends the life of the core and electronics—so fan quality requirements are strict.
Induction converts electricity to heat at up to about 95% efficiency. Under the hot coil, power devices run very hot. The fan blows heat from IGBT/rectifier heatsinks out of the cabinet so those devices stay within safe limits.
While exhausting air, the airflow path also helps keep dust, grease, and water from settling on electronics. Together with cabinet louvers it forms a quiet, effective cooling stream at the required airflow.
Maintenance notes
1. If the fan sounds abnormal, the coil overheats, breakers trip, or the unit will not start, stop immediately and inspect. Never service a running fan; after repair, test about five minutes before normal use.
2. Keep the area clean; clear inlet/outlet debris and periodically remove dust from the fan and ducts.
3. Store dry to protect the motor; use cover outdoors; prevent impact damage in storage and transport.
4. Run only when fully normal, with adequate stable supply, no phase loss, and a dedicated circuit—not temporary wiring long term.
That is the role of the commercial induction cooling fan. If you plan to buy commercial kitchen equipment, contact CHINENG for quality brand packages.
