What is a flight-type dishwasher?

It uses high-pressure spray washing. Scrap ware, load it correctly onto the infeed belt, rinse at about 60°C under high pressure, wash again around 80°C with strong top/bottom sprays, then optionally dry and sanitize at about 80°C before collecting clean ware at the exit for reuse. High throughput suits large hotels, canteens, and plants.

Advantages

Materials: food-grade 304 stainless steel—heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, low leaching risk, easy to clean, and rust-resistant.

High washing efficiency: batch cleans thousands of pieces per hour with strong cleanliness and speed.

Lower operating cost: manual washing needs high wages and is harder to manage. Example: three staff at 3,600 yuan/month cost 10,800 yuan and may wash about 180,000 pieces/month. A flight washer at about 2,400 pieces/hour needs roughly 75 hours for the same volume; at 1.2 yuan/kWh and 3.5 kWh/hour, monthly power is about 315 yuan—far below labor cost.

Disadvantages

Higher upfront cost and large footprint—plan enough floor space.
