What is the commercial induction core?

In operation they form electrical, drive, cooling, and control sections—power/magnetic field, heat rejection, and switches for power, temperature, and power level.

Working principle:

After power-on, the electronics create an alternating magnetic field. An iron pan on the glass top cuts the field lines, inducing eddy currents that heat the pan metal, which then heats the food.
