Commercial built-in induction cookers save space and give kitchens a cleaner, more premium look. How do they dissipate heat? CHINENG explains below.

What is a commercial built-in induction cooker?
It is an induction unit set into the countertop. Safe and versatile for many cooking methods, it is efficient, space-saving, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly—a popular modern choice.
How does it dissipate heat?
Units have side cooling vents as airflow paths. The cabinet cutout sits over a hollow base split by a partition into an intake chamber and an exhaust chamber. The cooker intake connects to the inlet side and the exhaust to the outlet side, each with fans, forming a forced airflow path that removes operating heat in time.
Installation notes:
Leave about 15 cm or more beside the side vents and keep intake/exhaust openings unobstructed. Do not store damaging liquids, objects, or gas cylinders underneath. If the internal fan stops during operation, shut down immediately and service the unit.
That covers built-in induction cooling. Follow the CHINENG website for more commercial kitchen equipment knowledge.
